英検2級のライティングの採点お願いします。Many people say that young people should sleep more. Do you think young people should sleep more?

In my opinion,I think that young people should get more sleep.I have two reasons to support my opinion.The first reason is that sleeping is good for health.Therefore it is very good for people that to get long time sleeping.The other reoson is that sleeping can reducing stress.Nowadays many young people has stress.hence,young people should get more sleeping time.For these reasons I think that many young people should get more time to sleep.
