TOPICSome people say that people today should spend less time using the Internet.Do you agree with this opinion?

Yes,I do.I have two reasons.

First,it's bad for their health to use the Internet for a long time because they use the Internet by seeing digital devices.Seeing the devices much time makes their eyes tired.Moreover,it will preserve them to go to outside.Staying home all of the day is not good for their bodies.

Second,they cannot keep enough time to do things that they have to do.For instance,studying and doing housework.It may cause some problems for them.

That is why,I think that people today should spend less time using the Internet.
